Our role is limited to providing project information, facilitating communications, and arranging site visits. We are not the developer or promoter of the 57 Avenue project.

2. Data Accuracy & Verification

• Project details, including pricing, floor plans, and possession timelines, are subject to change at the developer’s discretion and regulatory approvals.
• Users are strongly advised to conduct independent due diligence and verify all project details on the official MahaRERA portal: maharera.maharashtra.gov.in (Registration No.: PR1260002503013).

3. Communication Consent

By voluntarily submitting your name, phone number, and email address on our website, you provide explicit consent to HORIZON PROPERTIES PUNE to contact you via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, and email regarding your real estate requirements. This consent applies even if your number is registered on the NDNC/DND registry.

4. Pricing & Financials

All prices mentioned (e.g., ₹ 4.50 Cr* onwards) are starting indicative prices. They exclude statutory taxes (GST), stamp duty, registration charges, and other applicable government levies. Final pricing and payment schedules are determined solely by the developer.

5. Booking, Cancellation & Refunds

• Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee the allotment of a unit.
• HORIZON PROPERTIES PUNE does not collect booking amounts or process property payments. All financial transactions must be made directly in favor of the official developer’s designated accounts.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed strictly by the developer's policies and applicable RERA guidelines.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of the use of this promotional website or the services provided by HORIZON PROPERTIES PUNE shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
